Area of work: ) Child Health and Development Division is primarily involved in implementing child health and nutrition related projects particularly for children below three years within the life cycle based intervention model.
b) Women's Health Division covers a gamut of women's health specific programs that are addressed in a more concerted manner to promote better reproductive and sexual health by encouraging male involvement in antenatal, postnatal and childcare practices. The division also implements prevention of sexually transmitted diseases through a community based intervention program among commercial sex workers and their clients on the modes of transmission.
c) Adolescent Health Division aims at contributing towards the development of policies and programs regarding adolescents and youth through policy analysis, advocacy and information dissemination. Adolescent Resource Centre conducts research, documentation, training and technical capacity building. The centre is also involved in program interventions.
d) Monitoring, Evaluation and Research division undertakes activities like baseline survey, data analysis and interpretation. It also carries out relevant research and pilot studies from time to time.
e) CINI ASHA implements various community based intervention programmes for underprivileged children in the slums of Kolkata. The unit works with street children and also aims at eradicating child labour through education
